By taking part you give permission for Autism Guernsey, the event sponsors and the event organisers to use photographs and video for promotional purposes and any media coverage..

You understand that cycling on public roads carries an inherent risk of injury.

You participate at your own risk and remain responsible for your own safety.

The event takes place on open public roads and organisers cannot be responsible for other road users.

You will withdraw if you feel unable to continue safely.

You release Autism Guernsey, the event sponsors, organisers and volunteers and sponsors from liability except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

You will obey the Highway Code at all times.

You confirm you are medically fit to participate.

You confirm your bicycle is roadworthy.

You acknowledge helmets, lights and appropriate reflective clothing are mandatory.

All under-14 riders must be accompanied by an adult rider. Adult riders may accompany a maximum of two under-14 riders. You are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of any person under 14 you register.

For the purpose of this event and registration, “you” means the person who has completed this registration and all persons included within the registration. You agree to draw the attention of all riders in your group registration to these conditions.
